I have more than 2000 US precanceled stamps. This kind of stamps are not in french or european catalogs. So, some questions :
- is there an US catalog specialised in these stamps ?
- is it possible to know the total number of these stamps ?
- is the catalog price different of the price of the same stamp but not precanceled ?

there is a specialized society of collectors for u.s. precancels. here is the information for their club from the APS. the contact person used to be a member of my stamp club, the tampa collectors club. he lives in nearby temple terrace, florida.
