Is anybody able to tell me if the following description:

, excellent état, très légères T.CH

contains anything which tells me
if this stamps are hinged or not?

Hello,

Sorry but I can not help you. On the auction's page (where you have read the description), you can ask a question to the seller (see bottom of page).

This is the best and the most secure way.

Friendly regards, Seb Delcampe

this may help you to interpret foregn languages, a free translation service:
www.freetranslation.comLink (http) . it is helpful for german, french, portugese, spanish, and others. just copy the phrase to the area indicated and hit the translate button. works quite well. often i also find philatelists in france or european countries use the asterist for indicating whether a stamp is hinged or not. ** means never hinged. * means light hinged. also the french term for not hinged is san charnere. hope this helped. cajunsr1.
