Payment:

Payment in US dollars to be received within 10 days (14 days for non-US buyers). We accept checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank, money orders in US dollars, concealed US currency, Moneybookers and PayPal (sales@dmhcollectibles.com).  NO EUROS!  We cannot exchange them.  Please note that although we accept PayPal for your convenience, we prefer that you mail your payment to us if possible because of PayPal's high fees. Insurance is always recommended and is an additional $1.75 for up to $50 value or an additional $2.75 for up to $100 value. We will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment if optional insurance is not purchased.

Shipping:

We ship very quickly, usually within 1 or 2 business days after we receive cleared payment, and often the same day. Customs forms will be filled out accurately, marked as merchandise with the value being the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, or additional charges in their home country.

Shipping & Handling Charge:

$1.60 to a US address
$1.90 to Canada
$2.40 to anywhere else

We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple items purchased. The shipping fee for additional postcards purchased within the same week and paid for in the same payment will be an extra $0.75 each if sent to the US or an additional $1.00 each if sent anywhere else.  The more postcards you buy at the same time, the more you save in shipping fees.

Customer Service, Guarantee & Return Policy:

We guarantee every item we sell to be accurately described to the absolute best of our ability. If we make an error, we'll try to "make it right" to everyone's satisfaction. If you're not happy with a postcard you purchased from us, please let us know as soon as possible. You can return a postcard to us within 14 days after the day we mail it to you, and as long as we receive it back in the same condition as when we mailed it out, we will refund your purchase price (not the shipping & handling fee). All items are shipped securely packed and we will not give refunds for damaged or lost items that have not been insured.

We provide superior customer service by always responding as quickly as we can to emails, by packing very carefully and shipping very quickly after we receive payment, and by keeping you informed throughout every step of the transaction.
