I am a new member, and have little feedback here so far. I have a lot of feedback at the 'biggest' auction site where I trade under the same name, and I also use the same name on an OZtralian auction site, where I also have some feedback.
I will always want to pay for items via PayPal. Bank fees in Australia to send money overseas are VERY high ($27!) and I do not like to send money through the post - I live in quite an "isolated" area with only one "money changer" and it is also costly to convert AUD into EUR or USD. (Flat $7.00 fee for me - no matter how much!)
I will note your conditions for using PayPal, but if you do not specify them on the item, please send me them with the invoice (eg. +5% for PayPal). I do not mind paying more for using PayPal - I know how expensive Paypal fees can be, especially for cheaper items. If you don't accept PayPal at all, then I may not be able to buy from you. :-(

My policy on feedback - I ALWAYS leave good to great feedback when I receive stamps. If there is a problem I will email you. I NEVER leave bad feedback unless I cannot resolve a problem after emailing the seller. 

I can write and understand a little French and some German, as I studied these subjects when at school ( a long time ago!) and have not forgotten them. I prefer to correspond in English, though, if possible.

I will sell on Delcampe soon. As a seller I ALWAYS leave feedback when I have your payment. I prefer payment by PayPal, (plus 5%) or by bank deposit for Australian buyers. 

My stamp collecting specialities are Germany Third Reich, and Russia/USSR. My selling specialities are stamps of Tasmania, Australia, Space thematics and my duplicates from what I collect, plus paper ephemera.
